Wesley College is a NACTVET-registered technical institution in Mwanza, training students from Basic Technician Certificate through Ordinary Diploma across Community Development, Business Administration, Social Work, Computer Science & ICT, and Theology. Our staff combine classroom teaching with supervised field practice, meaning every appointment here shapes graduates who go on to serve local government offices, NGOs, businesses, congregations, and communities across Tanzania.

How to Apply

Prepare your application pack

Assemble a signed application letter addressed to the Principal, an up-to-date curriculum vitae, certified copies of your academic and professional certificates, and the names and contacts of three referees.

Quote the position applied for

Put the position title in your email subject line, for example “Application – Deputy Principal, Academics”, so your documents reach the right selection panel. Where an advert also carries a reference number, include it.

Submit before the deadline

Send your application as a single PDF attachment to secretary@wesleycollegetz.com, or deliver a hard copy to the Office of the Principal at Furaha Plaza, Banda Street, Mwanza. Applications received after the closing date are not considered.

Shortlisting and interview

Shortlisted candidates are contacted by phone or email and invited for an interview, which may include a teaching demonstration or a practical assessment for technical roles. Successful candidates must present original certificates for verification.
